Our Concepts are designed to provide a variety of menu selections at rotating stations while serving nutrient dense seasonal foods.

Nutrition Facts

Nutrition facts are available for core menu and seasonal concept selections. Our Nutrition facts include: calories, total fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, sodium, sugars, fiber and protein.

Monthly Nutrition Newsletter

Our FitPicks newsletter is chock full of tips, resources and news related to nutrition and health covering topics of interest to your guests – such as weight control, heart health, healthy eating and stress...and of course a few healthy recipes. Ask a Registered Dietitian

Customers have access to a Café Services registered dietitian to answer nutrition and food related questions. Questions are delivered via e-mail and answered within 48 hours.

On-Site Nutrition Awareness Events

From lunch and learn lectures to cooking demonstrations, a registered dietitian is available on–site to educate participants on eating well. Programs include nutrition information and recipes in conjunction with a full luncheon style menu or food sampling. Wide varieties of topics are available and can be customized to meet the needs of each population.

Vegetarian Selections

Vegetarian selections are available daily and are marked with an appropriate icon to accommodate flexitarians and vegetarians.
