Brighton Marine Board of Directors meeting held in Brighton, Massachusetts

Chef Tatiana and our floater Chef Franco did an amazing job putting together the Board of Directors meeting in our Brighton Marine Café.  They started off the event with roasted apple and sweet potato soup, roasted beet, crystallized ginger and goat cheese salad with blood orange vinaigrette, and a variety of upscale beverages.  The main dish choices were grilled chicken, beef tenderloin, roasted vegetable medley and scalloped potatoes. Flourless chocolate torte, raspberry crème brulee and apple crisp for dessert!

I’ve been born and bred corporate dining and corporate catering from the very beginning of my career in the Silicon Valley and now, since 2001 in the Boston Metro Area.
