These are pictures from a catering event at Comcast in Connecticut. Our featured premium sandwiches were blackened salmon filet, traditional meatloaf, grilled vegetables, hot pastrami, and apple wood smoked ham. The breads we used were from a local artisan bakery and the fruits and heirloom tomatoes were from a local farm. We had fabulous cookies, dessert bars and blueberry cheesecake parfaits, everything was delicious!

Chefs Mike, Jeff and the Cell Signaling team executed a traditional New England lobster boil dinner at Cell Signaling for 85 hungry guests. Each dinner included a 1¼ lb. lobster, little neck clams, kielbasa, corn and potatoes. The individual dinners were packaged and cooked in net bags which made for easy and efficient service! Many of the guests were from out of the area and this was their first lobster! We hooked them up with a lobster kit at every place setting and had instructions for every guest. Our vegan guests did not miss out one bit! The vegan boiled dinners had an artichoke, fennel bulb, rainbow chard, heirloom carrots, potatoes and corn cooked in vegan broth. Another catered event knocked right out of the park!
