The YMCA of Lynn, Massachusetts is building a brand new facility and the purpose of their meeting was to discuss how to move forward with their plans. We served approximately 100 guests at the meeting and provided a variety of appetizers and desserts. We created a Middle Eastern mezza platter, artisanal cheese and charcuterie boards, curry spiced potato and sweet pea samosas with tamarind chutney, fillet of beef, arugula and artichoke crostini, pulled Jerk chicken on tostones with mango salsa, fruit and dessert platters.

It was a fun menu themed for the Red Sox Home Opener. Cheeseburgers on craft beer infused buns and giant 1/4 lb hot dogs in 6” sub rolls were followed by pretzel bites, build your own nachos, an expansive toppings bar and finished off with Hershey chocolate sundaes. Lots of baseball Red Sox decor was used and added to the guests experience. It was a proud day!
