Café Services offers extensive corporate dining service programs that provide varied menu choices for any diner’s taste as well as being affordable for your employees. Our chefs bring a lot more to the table than just ordinary cafeteria fare. Wholesome meals are prepared onsite daily with fresh ingredients from local, regional and national suppliers. Creative, mouth-watering menu choices developed and tested by trained professional, award winning chefs are the standard daily options.

Practiced in the latest culinary trends, Café Services chefs are masters at designing menus that appeal to a variety of tastes and blend restaurant quality food with convenience. Our professionally trained accomplished chefs create a wide variety of delicious dishes made with fresh, healthy ingredients on a daily basis. Regularly scheduled ongoing chef training sessions ensure that new cooking methods and current food trends are included in our ever changing menu choices. Our extensive menus offer meal choices that appeal to and will satisfy any and every palate. From traditional American fare to ethnic based meals to vegetarian options, our menus are site specific and customized to meet the wishes and preferences of each organization. Our culinary committee meets on a monthly basis to discuss and implement new menu ideas. Additionally, Café Services will actively solicit customers for their input for future menu ideas. Our chefs take pride in delivering top professional quality dining efficiently and conveniently with every plate they serve.
Delivering More Variety
In addition to traditional American food, many ethnic dishes are offered based on a client’s needs and employee interests. Whether it’s Mediterranean, Classic French, Korean BBQ or Food Truck Fare, there is a meal on the menu to entice every diner. These delicious meal options provide employees with an opportunity to try new foods or indulge in old favorites. Menu items are made with organic ingredients when available, and vegetarian options and healthy meals choices are available for the health conscious consumer. At some sites a Farmer’s Market is offered in the cafeteria. At the discretion of the client, holiday themed menus, regional or local area celebration menus, seasonal menus or unique client celebration menus can be offered. Celebration meals are accompanied by appropriately themed cafeteria décor and theme attired cafeteria staff members. Coordinated music is another enjoyable option. A variety of price levels such as A La Carte pricing, Daily Special pricing or Frequent Purchaser discounts are site specific according to the client’s wishes.

A main strength and a priority of Café Services is outstanding customer service. All of our employees are required to attend customer service training sessions. We believe our employees to be exceptional in displaying a pleasant, polite demeanor and providing prompt attention to customers at all times. We truly like our customers, enjoy our interactions with them and endeavor to make their dining experiences positive. A manager is on-site at all times to ensure customer satisfaction. Café Services believes that customer satisfaction begins with an understanding of the audience we are preparing meals for. We are happy to host focus groups to understand the level of satisfaction we have achieved and to identify areas that need adjustment. We solicit feedback by encouraging our customers to fill out a questionnaire listing their compliments or suggestions. We want to know! We are always available to listen, discuss and make positive changes.
Delivering More Quality
Café Services has developed positive business relationships with top quality food and beverage distributors such as Farm Fresh.org, Captain Marden’s Seafood and Sysco Foods. We align ourselves with tried and true distributors offering only foods made of the best quality ingredients. Where and when available we buy fresh produce, poultry and meats from local farms and contract with local dairy farmers for milk, eggs, cheese and yogurt. Supporting the local community as well as providing the freshest, healthiest, best tasting foods for our customers is important to us.
