Amanda and Chef John at Element in Sparks, MD executed a great menu of our promotion, Method: Glaze, for January. Brown sugar garlic glazed chicken, ginger glazed root vegetables, orange glazed sweet potatoes, and savory herb glazed red creamer potatoes were attractively displayed and the apple celery salad with glazed shallots added a refreshing crisp side to the plate. The guests are very excited for the next promotion Method: Glaze menu in two weeks. Well done Team Element!

I’ve been born and bred corporate dining and corporate catering from the very beginning of my career in the Silicon Valley and now, since 2001 in the Boston Metro Area.
