It was a rewarding week at our new account Grace Columbia Cafe, in Columbia, Maryland. The team is great and already showing cohesive teamwork. This is a large operation with campus wide catering, two micro markets and a very nice cafeteria. Chef Zach is pictured here building a super burrito at the Taqueria Station. We gave away little boats of chips and salsa samples, offered Chinese chicken and tofu at the Salad Action Station, and Jamaican jerk pork loin with mango salsa carved to order. Also pictured are assorted mini sandwiches from our catering menu.
