Catering Showcase at our new Corporate Dining account in Binghamton, New York

Chef Carl and his team in Binghamton, NY, held their first catering showcase.  The showcase featured samples of the new seasonal catering menu and some standard Café Services menu items:

  • Overnight Oatmeal with Pear, Ginger & Nutmeg Granola
  • Smoked Sausage, Ricotta, Scrambled Eggs and Arugula Baguette
  • Fall Salad- Quinoa with Roasted Butternut Squash, Local Apples, Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
  • Grill N Greens Box - New Fall Salad with Cranberry Glazed Turkey Tips
  • Grill N Greens Box – New Fall Salad with Tuscan Pork Tips
  • Entrée of the Day – Asian Chicken Salad
  • Seasonal Sandwich Package  with the Fall Salad, Chips & Cookie
  • Sandwiches Featured- Roasted Chicken Salad with Pecan, Blue Cheese & Celery - Hand Carved Turkey Club  - Grilled Sweet Potato Steak with Feta & Salsa Verde
  • Afternoon Snack Box – Fall Roasted Chicken Salad, Herb Boursin, Thai Peanut Hummus, Bagel Chips, Broccoli, Carrot Sticks, Cucumber Coins & Grapes

I’ve been born and bred corporate dining and corporate catering from the very beginning of my career in the Silicon Valley and now, since 2001 in the Boston Metro Area. While working my way up through the ranks, all the experience has led up to my current position as the Corporate Executive Chef for Café Services, based out of Manchester, NH.
