As testament to our commitment, we participate each year in the National Restaurant Association’s Food Safety Education Month. So it should come as no surprise that our food safety track record is exemplary.

Café Services implements several measures to ensure food quality and safety. One is applying HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards across all food management activities – from receiving to storage to preparation to service. The other involves ongoing training and support to give all our employees the knowledge and accountability they need to excel in all areas of food safety and cafeteria management.

Café Services Food Safety Training and Support

Providing ongoing education and support to Café Services employees from trainee to veteran is the cornerstone of our food safety policy.  Through our in-service education program, the Café Services team participates regularly in food safety training courses complete with lectures, visual aids and periodic follow-up sessions.

All employees learn the fundamentals of food management with a focus on how to overcome food safety risks and hazards. To avoid any disruption to your day-to-day corporate dining services, all training is planned around relevant work and production schedules.
