A Great Time Serving a Large Group of Guests in Beautiful Weather







Our Café Services Corporate Dining Team had a great time cooking on open pit charcoal grills in Taunton, MA. Our custom created Grill Menu consisted of marinated tri tip steaks, spatchcock chickens, brisket burnt ends, fully loaded sliders, a vegan grill that featured BBQ pulled oats and grilled seasonal vegetables, and an entire tent devoted to side dishes and condiments. Chef Kevin made a variety of some wonderful house made pickles and skillfully led his team to prepare many more delicious sides and condiments. We had support from a cast of our floating Chef Managers, District Managers, and Executives and worked closely with a couple of our vendors to help support the event as well. The entire team had a great time cooking shoulder to shoulder in the beautiful weather, serving a large group of 400 hungry guests.
