Fall Themed Bowls Guest Chef Event







Thank you, Chef Mike and Chef Gennaro, for being such gracious hosts for our two day Guest Chef event in your Cafes! We served two of the four Fall Bowls from our upcoming promotion! The (vegan) Crunchy Fall Vegetable Bowl features sweet potato steaks, steamed green beans, cauliflower roasted with warm spices, cremini mushroom ragout, and savory granola. The Autumn Comfort Bowl features whipped Yukon gold potatoes, shaved Brussels sprouts that are sauteed in brown butter, pan seared chicken breast (carved to order), "Pot Pie" sauce, and sage bread croutons. I had a great couple of days working with both teams and serving the customers!
