Pit Master Chef Paul proudly presents a Southern BBQ at 77 City Point Café in Waltham, Massachusetts. On the menu beef brisket with fireball whiskey sriracha BBQ sauce, ribs with golden delicious apple and molasses BBQ sauce, pulled pork with Carolina vinegar BBQ sauce, cowboy caviar, jicama slaw, smoked paprika rubbed zucchini, Mexican spoon bread, watermelon mint salad and for dessert pecan pie with chipotle caramel and cinnamon whipped cream. Chef Paul rocked his Guest Chef appearance today, outstanding job Paul!
