Guest Chef Series Event in Waltham, Massachusetts






Another great Guest Chef Event! Chef Cory was the guest chef from our WB Mason Cafe in Brockton, Massachusetts. He created a menu with the Flavors of New England at the City Point Café in Waltham, Massachusetts. Cory’s menu included lobster salad lettuce wraps, marinated steak tips, broiled haddock with old bay crumbs, cranberry glazed sweet potato steaks, lemon parsley cottage fries, herb roasted root vegetables, brown bread Panzanella salad, pecan craisin quinoa salad, French toast fluffernutters for dessert and Cape Cod spritzers.
