Our Holiday catering included grilled chicken crisps with cranberry avocado salsa, sausage stuffed crimini mushrooms with provolone cheese, zucchini and summer squash gratin, grilled marinated flank steak with crumbled bacon, gorgonzola cream and scallions, classic waldorf salad on baby greens, tortellini, asparagus and blistered grape tomatoes with citrus beurre blanc and fresh baked coconut macaroons.
