Korean Fried Chicken Guest Chef Series Event







Another successful Guest Chef Series Event! We presented a Korean inspired cuisine to the folks in our Café in Stratham, NH. The menu consisted of Yangmyeam, double fried chicken legs brushed with sweet spicy sauce or soy ginger sauce, Katsu Chicken or Tofu coated with gluten free panko crumbs and topped with tonkatsu sauce and gochujang kewpie mayonnaise, Makguksu, buckwheat noodle salad with pickled cucumber daikon radishes and sesame seeds, and Bing Su Style Ice Cream Sundae, coconut milk ice cream topped with chopped fruit and red bean sweetened condensed milk sauce.
