Top Notch Cocktail Party at Community Campus, Portmouth, New Hampshire






Chef Mike, and his team at Community Campus had a fun and busy day putting together a Cocktail Party tonight! We had a top notch dessert display of hand dipped and filled cannoli, dipped strawberries and mini pastries. We wanted to offer something a little different, so we served baked brie, ale fondue and cheddar curds tossed with honey and chilies. We passed appetizers of shaved beef tenderloin, caramelized onions and horseradish on crostini, Asian noodles and tempura shrimp, tomato, mozzarella and basil skewers and open faced Reuben sandwiches. We also served shaved pork tenderloin and apple chutney canapes and Thai chicken skewers with peanut sauce. It was a very successful event!
